About

I am a Las Vegas native, and I believe the diversity and culture of the city have helped me keep an open and flexible mind in my approach to life and therapy.

My journey began by working with children in the local educational system at CCSD. Working with children and adolescents with special needs, I quickly learned the level of care required, that they did not receive, both at school and at home. This experience brought me back to my roots and my passion for helping people. I enrolled in a therapy program shortly after and found it to be a natural click.

Fast forward, I found myself working with female first responders, including: police officers, firefighters, EMTs and hospital workers. I also began working with the high-performance anxiety that graduate students, med students, and athletes experience.

Currently, I specialize in helping women and women of color navigate trauma & anxiety in high-stress work environments. The challenges we face are unique and few organizations have the resources to provide adequate support.

As a private practitioner, I also provide one-on-one consulting for therapists in need of a strategic method of launching and scaling their practice. I also have a step-by-step therapy program for those just launching their practice.
